I give Janice Patz a five-star rating for her outstanding service, friendliness, and the good deed she did to help me. I went to Janice’s office very hysterical seeking out help, due to issues with my landlords. My landlords were trying to threaten me and were saying I wouldn’t get my money back. They were simply taking advantage of me, because I am a young female and it was my 1st time renting, so I didn’t know what to do. But Janice, she knew exactly what to do and completely defused the whole situation right away. She told me to eliminate my contact with the landlords and that she would personally speak to them herself and do the money and key exchange. Janice relieved my stress, anxiety, and put me at ease. Janice was able to resolve my problem literally within 2 hours (no exaggeration.) I was able to go into her office the next day where she herself handed me back my money. Janice is truly a good kind hearted woman. Then, Kim who is the sectary was extremely empathic towards me and reassured me I was with the right people and I would be fine. Kim was 100% right, these two incredible women alleviated all my stress and got everything straightened out. Thank you ladies so much I truly appreciate your help. It is absolutely amazing to know that there are attorneys out there who simply want to help and do a good deed, and Janice hands down is one of them.
